Business Analyst

We are a fast-growing tech company building innovative iOS and Android apps that make life easier, healthier, and more productive. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements for mobile applications. • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements. • Support in defining the product roadmap and aligning it with business objectives. • Analyze app performance data (downloads, retention, churn, engagement) and provide insights for improvement. • Assist with UAT and ensure product releases meet requirements and user expectations. • Maintain documentation of requirements, features, and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a mobile app or product-based company. • Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle (iOS & Android). • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello). • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
